Who we are

I’m Kathleen Hill, a learning strategist, facilitator, and instructional designer with a deep passion for creating training experiences that truly resonate. My journey began with grassroots training in the Peace Corps, where I developed a lifelong love for people and cultures around the world—a foundation that continues to guide my approach to inclusive and impactful learning.

With over 20 years of experience across federal agencies, nonprofits, and private sector organizations, I specialize in designing and delivering full-scale training programs that align with strategic goals and drive measurable results. Whether it's leadership development, team onboarding, or workforce upskilling, I bring a deep understanding of adult learning and change management to every engagement.

I hold a Master’s in Distance Education and E-Learning from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a BA in History from Georgia State University. My work has been recognized through multiple leadership opportunities and awards, and I proudly hold certifications including ATD Certified Master Trainer, Synchronous Learning Expert, Advanced Virtual Classroom Mastery, and Core Strengths/SDI for team communication and development.

My approach is both strategic and heartfelt—I bring the spirit of hospitality into every space I work in, creating environments where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow. From developing large-scale programs at GSA to creating onboarding systems at the Bureau of Labor Statistics, I focus on building sustainable, relevant, and engaging learning solutions that create real impact.

I don’t just design courses—I build programs that help organizations and people thrive.
